Payment Milestones

Material Adverse Finding Protection: If a Material Adverse Finding is discovered during due diligence (title defects, structural issues, undisclosed encumbrances), you receive a 50% credit on fees — ensuring we share the risk and have every incentive to conduct thorough research.
